Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders to the supported US states. We currently ship to the contiguous United States, excluding Rhode Island. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or PO Boxes. If no shipping option appears at checkout, your destination is not currently supported.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: 1-2 business days.
- Standard shipping transit: approximately 2-7 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: approximately 3-9 business days from placing your order.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Availability, destination, carrier disruptions and weather may affect timing. We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option.
Tracking and address details
Tracking information will be sent when available after dispatch. Enter a complete street address and correct contact details. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Delays and delivery problems
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law. Report a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery with your order number and photographs where relevant. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
